Abstract

Covid-19 has highlighted the inadequate, and unequal, access to high quality green spaces. This article highlights the need to recognise the essential role that green space and nature plays in sustaining health and well being, and argues that investment is urgently needed in our urban environments to ensure equitable access to high quality green space and investment in nature as we move into a recovery phase post-Covid 19.
