Abstract
ÜBERSONG: A night of experimental song, art, performance and open mic
The event combined live performances, video screenings, DJ set, happenings and open mic to explore the culture of song. The event brought together Berlin artist/DJ Maurus Gmur, Yvonne Buchheim’s Song Archive Project and many international artists and performers, including the Complaints Choir (Helsinki), Maurus Gmür (Berlin), Paul Granjon (Cardiff), Mark Greenwood (Plymouth), Jesse Jones (Dublin), Paul Clarke (Bristol), Jason Coburn (Rotterdam), Lucienne Cole (Birmingham), Mariele Neudecker (Bristol), Judith Aston (Bristol) and Ruth Jones (Pembrokeshire).
