Abstract

This case study and embedded video gives an account of a project to build a self-help app for the management of mild to moderate anxiety. It outlines the project origins in providing support for students’ social anxiety in learning situations and the trialling of a prototype app. It describes the development of the full working version, including the app’s main functions and features, together with reports of its impact on users to date.
