Abstract

As we push ahead with developing advanced mental health care systems, we remind ourselves that those at the core of the system remain the ‘only human’ workforce, patients, families, and carers.

This month we bring together professional experts in policy, care planning, workforce, education, research, and the powerful voice of an expert by experience.

Delivering innovative, high quality and co-produced mental health services depends upon understanding and designing around human factors.

Effective service planning for innovative, high quality and co-produced mental health services depends upon understanding the individual factors that make us, only human.
