Abstract
Recent improvements to the UWE Individual Engineering Projects process are discussed, along with some of the outstanding issues. Although the process is up to date and designed to meet requirements set by accrediting bodies, the issues are both academic-related and connected to the range of people involved - academics and technicians as well as students. In addition, the future of project assessment is considered as part of the process development.
