Abstract
This report summarises findings from a recent case study exploring accessibility provisions and anticipated needs of Deaf, Disabled and / or Neurodivergent media professionals within Bristol’s screen industries. Data was gathered through surveys and one-on-one interviews with local production companies. The findings and recommendations address these industry-specific issues, highlighting areas where further support, training, and resources are needed to foster an inclusive and accessible work environment. They are based on accounts of best practice and issues raised by both employers and workers.
