Short, Short Film Project - The Animation Workshop, VIA University, Denmark
2011

Recognition Type International consortia and collaborations
Description I am known for devising and leading the innovative Short, Short Film project, where students make very short films for a pre-school audience - to date, more that 96 films have been made. Many have been screened at short film festivals, including the Viborg Animation Festival (VAFF) and they have inspired students, and graduates to value and develop careers in this oeuvre of animated filmmaking.

Guest Lecturer, Curriculum Consultant - BA programmes - The Animation Workshop, VIA University, Denmark
1997

Recognition Type International consortia and collaborations
Description My career in higher education began whilst at Warner Bros. where I worked as an animation supervisor, manager and talent scout. This led to industry guest masterclasses at universities in Europe, notably at The Animation Workshop (TAW) Denmark (since 1997) where I am still an external curriculum consultant, and the longest serving guest lecturer. My work at TAW focuses on Ideas, Design and Storytelling; I am known for proposing the Short, Short Film Project - a capsule course where students collaborate to make short films for the pre-school 'Bridge' audience.
