Abstract

This working paper of advocates disaggregated data collection and analysis, as asserted by Target 17.18 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In this respect the researcher re-asserts this is imperative for norm and policy development to address race inequality and hate crime, as a result of Afro-phobia in Europe.
