Research Interests My research encompasses organization development, international development, rural development, global health, leadership studies and organization theory. I have acted as a programme management consultant for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded Malaria Elimination Initiative (MEI) at the University of California, San Francisco, advising on projects in Africa and the Greater Mekong Sub-region. I have led sub-national capacity building and infectious disease healthcare service delivery improvement projects for the MEI in southern Africa (2016-2022). . In addition, I have extensive experience of leading rural development projects in Lao People's Democratic Republic funded by the Australian Centre for Agricultural Research. I am currently active in the global health systems research space. My research is geared toward 'making a difference' to the wellbeing of others and achieving impact beyond academia.
Teaching and Learning I have extensive experience of running and teaching on leadership and executive development programmes internationally, including acting as a tutor for the London Business School EMBA core module ‘Business Ethics and Corporate Responsibility’.
