Dr Lucy Crompton

Biography	My research is focused on understanding the role of neuroinflammation in the aging brain. In particular, the role of astrocytes in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. I have developed a number of hiPSC-derived invitro models to study the cellular mechanisms underlying these conditions
