Biography Paul is Program Leader for MA Design and a Senior Lecturer in BA(Hons) Illustration. The main focus of Paul's academic activities stem from the close relationships that exist between technology, ideas and making in the graphic arts - particularly in the area of digitally-mediated print and its many offshoots. Paul is an associate editor for the Intellect Journal 'Drawing Research Theory Practice' and is the External Examiner for the BA Fine Art in Contemporary Print Practice at the Limerick School of Art and Design, Ireland.
Paul has published a number of peer reviewed journal articles, conference papers, curated exhibitions, presented lectures at national / international venues and has received two REACT (Research & Enterprise in Arts & Creative Technologies) grants that connect app technologies with printed matter. His artworks have also been recognised both nationally and internationally through a series of juried exhibitions and included in collections at The V & A, Tate Britain, RWA, School of the Art Institute Chicago, National Gallery of Australia Canberra and The Print Centre Philadelphia.
