Dr. Guru Prabhakar
| Biography | Guru has coined the term and has authored the concept of 'Switch Leadership' in projects and organizations. During his Ph.D. studies at École supérieure de commerce (ESC), Grande École (France) in the field of Project Management, he was the winner of the Student Paper of the Year Award 2005 at PMI's Congress in Toronto, Canada and also received the 1st Prize for the best student research paper in 'pmdays 2004' at Vienna, Austria. As a student, Guru won the Director's Gold Medal for best academic achievement in the undergraduate studies. Dr. Prabhakar is currently the Module Leader of an undergrad Project Management Module. He specialises in supervising Master's level dissertations in Management. |
