Abstract

Increasing societal needs and receding resources are driving NGOs to transform from funding dependency into social entrepreneurship. This comparative study undertaken within three different organizations demonstrated the effectiveness of SEAM to guide the transformations. The interventions protruded the need for inclusivity, strategic clarity, aligned competencies, and adequate management control, and guided the constituents into working symbiotically towards concerted objectives.
