How charismatic trainers inspire others to learn through positive affectivity

Abstract

In an experimental context, participants received a training delivered by either a charismatic or non-charismatic trainer. Results revealed that the charismatic trainer condition led to better learning outcomes via its impact on positive affectivity felt by the trainees
