Howzat?!: In limbo: Ben Stokes and the use of released under investigation

Abstract
This article examines the decrease in the use of police bail and the increase in Released Under Investigation. The article highlights a number of differing issues with the use of RUI and examines the Ben Stokes case a prime example; he is effectively suspended from work, without pay, missing out on endorsements whilst this teammates battle for The Ashes.
