Abstract
This paper considers the proposals to assess ethics in conjunction with professional conduct in both SQE 1 and SQE 2, and the assessment criteria set out in relation to SOSAC A1. This paper considers how that is achieved, how students can be prepared for it, and how ethical decision making can be assessed via multiple choice/single best answer
