Parraman, Carinna

Authors

Abstract

Artists have been expert at transcribing the world around us through many different materials - from pigments to photons. This presentation presents an evolution of scientific measuring and mapping colour, alongside artists’ responses to spectral colour (the colours of the rainbow) and our emotional and perceptual experiences of colour as installations, constructions and prints.
