Abstract
The Business and Management NSS sample is large, typically between 190 to 230 students. For the programme team this size presents significant challenges in assuring an adequate response rate whilst encouraging students to take a more rounded view of their experiences when completing the NSS. In 2018 the programme team adopted a more long-term and planned approach to publicising NSS. The result saw a 90% response rate (up from 68% in 2017), likewise overall satisfaction increased to 93% from 85% in 2017. This brief talk will look at some of the main features of this planed approach.
