Abstract

This article will an interdisciplinary printmaking practice focusing on the development of a series of work through interweaving processes and materials. Discussing the notion of transformation through the intimate and complex relationship between memory and landscape, I will consider a recent body of work ‘immediately intimate’ examining a dialogue of dichotomy that weaves between the physical and metaphorical landscape and how this can be translated into a body of work without becoming descriptive of place.
