Post graduate models of delivery and remote learning

Abstract

Developing the current and future healthcare workforce is of paramount importance and various Government legislation highlights the direction of travel with regards to ensuring flexible and adaptive delivery of education. This presentation will focus on various examples of designing and delivering post graduate education within Radiography and considerations for future practice. Testaments from the speaker’s own institute will be used as working examples of emerging models of learning and education, coupled with considerations for future workforce needs. The need for collaborative working between HEIs and NHS institutes and bespoke delivery, assessment and validation models will also be briefly discussed.
