Abstract

The book you are about to read focuses on examining women’s organizational vulnerability both conceptually and empirically, contributing to theory, methods, and cross-disciplinary knowledge. Understanding “vulnerability” is conceptually rich and complex, shaped by intersectionality through gender, culture, and organizational discourses. This requires open-minded conceptual frameworks and methodological approaches. We address these challenges by incorporating contributions from a diverse range of disciplines, academic traditions, and cultural contexts.
