It is estimated that 1 in 7 or 1 in 5 people in society's neurodiverse population are neurodivergent, as opposed to neurotypical. In a neurotypically designed society, being neurodivergent can be challenging. But neurodivergent people also have talents or superpowers that can make a big difference to the ongoing evolution of society in a challenging world.
This report is the writeup of a 90-minute online discussion that took place on 14 November 2024, chaired by Glenn Lyons and involving a panel of neurodivergent people from the transport sector.
The report provides summary of key insights before sharing the richness of experience and advice emerging from the event, as well as providing a list of further resources.
