Abstract
A detailed analysis of 293 individual participant responses taken over a 5-week study found that there was a statistical significance between the hours of sleep of a participant and the thermal sensation they reported, specifically participants reporting more hours of sleep tended to also report themselves as feeling warmer, while participants who reported fewer hours of sleep tended to report themselves as feeling cooler. This finding proves that fewer hours of sleep caused participants to report reduced satisfaction in their thermal comfort the following morning.
