Abstract
Operation HALO is a multi-agency, major incident tabletop exercise; which depicts a marauding terrorist attack at an underground tube station. The exercise was originally designed for student paramedics to practice the some of the key principles associated with mass-casualty medicine as a preparatory exercise before undertaking the schoolwide, high-fidelity simulation in the summer term.
