Written in memory of Yvonne Hamblin, Lydbrook Band. Performed by Broadcast on BBC Radio 3, 2023. Recorded by the Grimethorpe Colliery Band on Postcards from Grimethorpe, 2023. Made available to all free of charge in return for a donation to the British Heart Foundation.

Serenata, a slow waltz, is a celebration of the life of Yvonne Hamblin [1944-2019], a treasured member of Lydbrook Band with whom she had been associated for over 60 years. Yvonne was loved by her band family and was a dedicated and true lady of banding.
