Coaching: An effective approach to clinical leadership in military settings

Abstract

Effective clinical leadership is the bedrock underpinning optimal clinical performance. A transformational coaching approach to clinical leadership is essential in a the 21st century. Clinicians in leadership roles and healthcare managers would benefit from the findings in this study.
