This poster highlights the role of coaching in the context of talent management. The qualitative single case study is based on 30 semi-structured interviews of talented employees, coaches and HR managers employed in a global bank. It introduces the Talent Coaching Matrix which illustrates its multifaceted nature, purpose and scope, and discusses some ethical challenges that talent coaching may involve in practice.
