Abstract
Salad Dressing is a cover of Ed Ruscha and Mason Williams’ 1969 photo novel Crackers .
Ed Ruscha’s original book Crackers became the script, score, instruction and inspiration for this new performative bookwork by artists Performance Re-enactment Society and Tom Sowden. The final chapter of the bookwork was a performance at BABE (Bristol Artists Book Event) in 2011.
