Abstract
Preparing for the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA2)
The paper contributes to a meeting of the UN Stakeholder forum in London addressing the healthy planet, healthy people agenda.
Is this the time for a major global push forward on securing clean water and sanitation services for all throughout the world? What new partnerships for action are needed to achieve this? How can such actions for sustainable development be financed? Ministers from around the world will be gathering at UNEA2 in Nairobi during the 23-27th May to review the implementation of the environmental components of the Sustainable Development Agenda for 2030 and to attempt to provide answers to some of the above questions.
