Abstract
Chapter 6 in Art, Science and Cultural Understanding covers a brief exploration of the differences in reproduction. A history of the art and science of colour. Forming pictures in the brain: colour appearance, perception, and neuroscience. Reproduction of colour using cameras and pigments. And colour and appearance in 3-D scenes.
