Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Glenn Lyons has jointly organised and has chaired a Fireside Chat series of events with PTRC, examining the transport implications of the pandemic. Fireside Chat #5 on 17 September 2020 was titled "And don't forget walking: taking steps out of the pandemic" and was attended by over 170 people.
A LinkedIn article was published about the event two days later (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/dont-forget-walking-taking-steps-out-pandemic-glenn-lyons/). The CILT FOCUS publication (distributed to its members) then published an abridged version of the LinkedIn article in its November 2020 Edition.
