Abstract

Encounters with Books / Encuentro con Libros invited 36 artists and writers from the following countries to participate in this collaborative artist's book: Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK and USA.

El libro será de 36 páginas, imprimido en risografía, A5 (21 por 14,5 centímetros), blanco y negro de una edición de 200-300 ejemplares que serán repartidos durante el evento en Santander. Treinta artistas de Australia, Brasil, Europea y los Estados Unidos compartirán sus ideas y creencias sobre los encuentros con libros por este libro de artista, con los visitantes a IMPACT 10. Un archivo de la web también guardará una copia de PDF del libro para que todo el mundo lo pueda imprimir. Cada uno de los artistas recibirá una copia del libro para dar las gracias por participar.

Impact Press at the Centre for Fine Print Research published Encounters with Books / Encuentro con Libros in a limited edition of 500 as a free artwork, to distribute at the Biblioteca Central Cantabria in Santander, Spain. A copy was sent to each contributor and another 50 copies were sent out to:
