Abstract

This article looks at the EDI issues and the impact of bias from Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) on the career development of Early Career Researchers. The study summarised previous literature on SET bias that disadvantaged female, non-native English speakers and younger or older staff members, and presented mitigating strategies to decrease this bias
