Abstract
This report explores green career aspirations and how they relate to competency development and learning approaches. 669 young people were engaged during this project, exposed to various engagement approaches. The report finds that empowering approaches centred on cycles of collective action and reflection are the most effective at enhancing eco-civic competencies and raising green career aspirations.
