Abstract
An output from a collaborative project with Architects and Crystallographers from Cardiff University to explore creative opportunities within crystallographic data-sets and modelling algorithms.
These compositions are made with a software tool, coded in Max, that is an interface to explore a model for representing incommensurate structures in crystallography. The interface includes a number of different modes of synthesis and allows the investigation of time and pitch structures through different sequencing models.
