Swanson, Gillian
Authors
Abstract
Article invited following peer-review selected paper (double-blind referee process) presented at 'Inside Out Symposium', sponsored by IDEA the Interior Design/Interior Architecture Educators Association, the School of Architecture and Design at RMIT University, The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and the Louis Laybourne Smith School of Architecture and Design at the University of South Australia, held at Domain House, South Yarra, Melbourne, April 22-24 2005. This piece provides the only discussion of the spatialities associated with 'distractibility' in this collection of outputs and the only output in which the argument concerning dispersal is associated with distracted girls, resulting in a different reading to either of the two other pieces on the topic of distraction.
