False starts

Abstract

The solo exhibition titled False Starts is the first output from Yvonne Buchheim’s practice based research activity facilitated through an artist-in-residence programme by the Institute of Contemporary Interdisciplinary Arts (ICIA) at the Psychology Department at the University of Bath and supported by DCRC (UWE). After the completion of the exhibition, the next phase of the research explores the potential for a digital archive to act as a tool for participatory art strategies and how to employ experimental digital technology within an exhibition format (second output).
