Abstract

This presentation began with a personal exploration of what reggae music means to me, from the perspective of five areas of life - Cultural/ Educational, Spiritual, Political, Entrepreneurial/ Resourcefulness, and Social. It then goes on to discuss how those lessons are envisaged in my work at Fairfield House, which is where Emperor Haile Selassie I lived in exile with his family and advisors, from 1936-1941, in the city of Bath.
