Abstract
ECRI General Policy Recommendation No.7 prohibits discrimination in higher education institutions; nonetheless staff and students from the African diaspora have disproportionately poorer than their white peers in the UK. This presentation was made to the WGEPAD Expert Meeting to highlight good practice, as well as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats thereof.
