Abstract
A detailed examination, commissioned by Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, of Liverpool One - a privately-owned, mixed-use, retail-led regeneration project in Liverpool city centre. Drawing on literature concerning public/private place, David Littlefield and Mike Devereux examine the extent to which Liverpool One integrates into the wider city, considering boundaries, views, branding, estate management, time and adaptation. This detailed report ends with a series of observations, conclusions and recommendations
