Abstract

This is the Interim Report on the LPC's project to review the measurement of Apprentice Pay. It concentrates largely on methodological issues, including a detailed analysis of the 2012 Apprentive Pay Survey; most of the issues raised were addressed int eh revamped 2014 APS.
Originally submitted March 2014, edited and re-released by LPC in February 2015 as Final Report makes extensive reference tothe findings herein.
