Abstract
Amidst the UK lockdown in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, an online panel discussion was organised by PTRC and chaired by Glenn Lyons, titled "The global shock of COVID-19 – will it jolt the transport sector into significant change?" Nearly 600 people joined the live broadcast of the event on 23 April 2020. A LinkedIn article was published about the event the day after. The CILT Focus publication (distributed to its members) then published an abridged version of the LinkedIn article in its June 2020 Edition.
