Abstract

Graduates are increasingly choosing careers with social impact, where they can ‘make a difference’. Given the current uncertain economic and political climate, it is timely to consider how Brexit is starting to impact on graduate career thinking.

Findings from a small qualitative research study, conducted one year after the EU Referendum result, reveal a strong desire amongst final year undergraduates to create a more tolerant country and a determination to find a way through an uncertain jobs market.
