Abstract
This paper presents an innovative approach to enhancing the farm-to-fork value network through comprehensive data integration. This initiative aims to leverage advanced data analytics and digital transformation techniques to address critical challenges in the food supply chain, including inefficiency, waste, and sustainability. We illustrate the potential for data-driven solutions in food manufacturing, distribution, and consumption. The paper explores the implications of data sharing for innovation and proposes a model for system monitoring and governance within the food industry.
