Abstract

In this chapter, selected legal issues regarding the names of websites and associated keywords are discussed from the perspective of a trade mark owner, such as a company or other enterprise conducting business under the same or similar name as that of a website. The discussion below relies on the reader’s knowledge of the basic principles of trade mark law.
