Abstract

In this article we first explain the process of how to create animations in Windows Movie Maker 2, then discuss
how such animations can be used effectively in learning and teaching across the age range and within different
subjects. We offer some practical advice, alternative learning and teaching models and raise some questions
about how we see the relationship between less-utilised ICT capabilities such as animations and geography.
