Abstract
Final SROI report on Living Well Taking Control, diabetes prevention and management programme delivered by Westbank CHC, Devon.
This is part of a Big Lottery Funded evaluation of South west Wellbeing programme. This led to a total of nine SROI analyses with community health projects in the South west of England.
