Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the Final Year Project System existences and to find improvement in their workflow process. The observation made was based on a case-study workflow conducted by the final year student. In this paper the proposed systems emit issues of bias and transparency of data involving different examiners and the lack of consistency in the marking progress. The proposed workflow is designed to eliminate the possibility of human error during calculation of grades. Also it helps to preserve the data confidentiality, integrity and confidentiality of the system. Appropriate countermeasures and controls is included to prevent any external and internal harm to the system.
