Abstract

A conceptual model for selecting construction contractors which utilizes the multi-attribute analysis technique has been developed. Project specific discriminating criteria included in the model are identified, along with respective weightings to mirror their importance in the selection process. © 1994, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
