Additional Information	Additional Information : Alastair Kocho-Williams is an early career researcher. He has two articles to be published in 2008 by the Slavonic and East European Review and the Radical History Review plus a monograph to be published by Palgrave Macmillan the same year. Meanwhile, he is publishing on the internet an extended conference paper which he presented to the annual convention of the American Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies in New Orleans on 17 November 2007.
